Remembrance Day

In Flanders fields the poppies blow

Remembrance Day, the 11th of November.

Remember to ensure all phones are off prior to 11am, and to observe a minutes silence at 11 for those who gave their live’s in the ultimate sacrifice to this nation, or suffered in doing so.

Please observe a second minutes silence to run concurrent with the first in remembrance of all those who under the burden of their service once back on home soil, lost their lives as a result of the inescapable horrors that followed them back. Have a beer for them afterward; they have given you the opportunity to do so. Embrace it and recognise it. Regardless of the outcome, I will be.

Do click upon the poppies of Flanders Field pictured above.  I have gone against convention with the attachment to the picture.  Click upon it regardless.
