Most importantly, remember but this. With all bar two exceptions, never run anywhere. In this day and age there is no need.

or,

if there is free beer, then you run, but faster.

People have never fully understood my pragmatic approach to the truth. As a general rule I tell it if it is convenient, and I can’t be bothered making up something more interesting. Simple really.
